Will 4S owner see 5's HD FaceTime quality during call?

If an iPhone 5 owner FaceTimes an iPhone 4S owner, will the 4S owner see the HD stream?

Good question. I don't see why we shouldn't. Although over 3G I'm sure the quality will be reduced to save data
