Wife deleted cydia wth!

No doubt guys she went to manage in cydia and deleted it. I tried to reboot it, jailbreak it and they both say couldn't fetch data. I'm scared to restore with iTunes and then jailbreak fresh because I read apple has stopped signing 5.0. Does anyone know how to get it back on there. Any help I would appreciate.

Also tried to ash into it but apparently open ssh was never installed or deleted with cydia

use redsn0w to install cydia again
