I made a playlist from my phone which was synced with itunes and some songs of it are transparent in itunes and won't play. anyone know why?

Make sure you select "Add iClouds Music" in the preferences section.
If that doesn't work try this:
If you view by songs in iTunes, you'll notice that the ones that are greyed out are the ones that aren't checked. Select all, Ctrl click, and select check selection.
