Which 4S Version shall I pick?

I'm currently having thoughts, in my head for January 2012.
So I can finally get the iPhone 4S.
I don't know which provider will give me what version.
It also depends on the prices.

I suppose, I could go for the 16GB or 32GB. Not sure about the prices. I could also go for the 64GB.

There all 480Mins talk-time. Same processor and everything the same except for Colours and Hard drive capacity.

The iPhone 4S will be available from Sprint, Verizon and ATT for the following prices: $199 for 16GB, $299 for 32GB and $399 for 64GB.

I'm desperate to get iPhone 4S, so I can't wait another 6/7 months until the announcement and another month, until the release date.
I have also chosen my provider (3G), I don't need unlimited Talking time. Because I'm still younger than 10.
