Peanut Butter & Cornflake Cookies

1 cup white Karo syrup, 1 cup sugar, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute, take off heat add 1 cup peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix. Then add 7 cups cornflakes and mix until all are coated. Spoon out on to waxed paper.
