What is "Apple, Inc"?

I use Microsoft Outlook (Exchange account) on my iPhone 5. When I receive an e-mail message from someone, the "To:" line shows "Apple, Inc." instead of my name. Checking the same message on my iMac or MacBook Pro show my actual name in the "To:" line. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Check to see that you've entered a specified field for the name portion of your account. In most cases, when you enter your email credentials, the default description field is filled with your email address if you did not fill in your name in the appropriate fields during the setup. You can change them in Settings.
