The only legitimate way to install apps on a non jailbroken iPhone is to get your apps through the App Store.

Then they're illegal copies of apps available in the App Store or piracy related unofficial apps.

Pirated apps are usually filled with all manner of malware. To keep your phone as clean and safe as possible, stick to getting your apps from the App Store. Otherwise you're just setting yourself up for problems.
