Wall outlet

I'm interested in buying one of those wall outlets that has a USB connection to charge your iPhone. It is the Belkin BST300 SurgePlus mini travel swivel charger surge protector with dual USB ports. Offered either in the 1 amp/5 watt or 2.1 amp/10 watt.
Does it matter which one I purchase? Is the 2.1 amp too much? f

Buy the 10watt.
Ipod iphone come with 5watt
Ipad comes with 10watt, think the new ipad 4 and mini come with 15watt.
I have been using innergie dual 15Watt since November 2012
