Volume up rocker issue?

i went to Verizon yesterday to exchange out my 6s+ for a battery issue and a sunken in volume up rocker. They swapped out the phone and my new one has the same issue with the rocker, then we opened another one up and same thing as well as 3 employees 6s+ and another customers who over heard are conversation.

It works just fine it's just not as clicky and doesn't stick out as far as the volume down button.

Is anyone else's like this?

Mine's not like yours. No problems with the Volume buttons.

So odd! Total of 6 phones 2 new in the box. I'll live with it, was just curious about others out there.

Maybe the ones at your local Verizon store are all from the same production batch, which could explain the different appearance of the volume up button.

You could take it to the nearest Apple Store and see what they say.

I think I'm going too. I'm using it naked today and it's bugging me lol. With a case you really can't tell.
