We have 2 IPhone 4s with Sprint service and have problems receiving voice mail. When we do get one and try to tap the little arrow to listen, nothing happens. What seems to work (sometimes) is turning off the phone and the voice mail will repopulate after a little while, we then can sometimes listen to the message. Is anyone else having this problem? I am not sure if it's an iPhone issue or a Sprint issue.
