View pics full screen

How can i view pics full screen from my memory card, without importing them ? Am ready to jailbreak if required.

Considering how the iPhone's screen size is not that big, you'll most likely need to zoom in rather than viewing them fullsize. Try turning your device to landscape to take advantage of the entire screen, then tap on the middle of the screen once to get rid of the toolbars so your pictures aren't cut off.
