How does one gat videos on to the video app that's on the home screen Please..

You can purchase or rent videos or TV shows in the iTunes Store, and watch them in the Videos app.. If you've downloaded music that also contained music videos, you can watch them there as well.

Also, if you have home videos you can import them into iTunes then download them to the iDevice and they will show up in your Videos app
