Have a 4, iOS 5. Settings for sound have vibrate on for both calls and silent. The past coupla days the vibrate is so loud it's noisier than the ring, loud even when set to silent. The Verizon guy said I need to replace the phone (2 months old). Is this very loud vibrate setting normal? Any way to fix this without replacing the phone? (I don't like getting a refurbished phone to replace one I just bought new.).
