We have 2 iPhone that are linked to an account we are not using. If I jailbreak them can I use them with my new account?

Jailbreaking has nothing to do with whether or not you can use the iPhones on an account. All you have to do is go to a rep or just go online to the activatephone page of Verizon Wireless and just input your information and it'll activate the phone on the number that you typed in assuming it's a Verizon native iPhone. Jailbreaking lets you access the roots of the device and allows you to tinker with tweaks and such.

willerz2 is spot on. There are only 3 conditions, I am aware of, that you have to be concerned with on Verizon.

1) You haven't reached the limit on the number of devices allowed on your contract.
2) The device in question isn't blacklisted.
3) You are still responsible for the original contract those phones were on if it is active.
