Hello there, I’m a nearly 70 year old with limited technical ability. How can I download a users guide for the iPhone 11? Many thanks in advance.

Also, if you want downloadable versions of the guides for both iOS14 for the iPhone and iPadOS14 for iPad, then if you open your Books app on your phone and using the ‘search’ facility search for ‘Apple Guides’ you will find a selection of Apple’s guides which you can download and save directly to the books app at no cost.

On your device click Settings, then General, then About, and the iOS version will be shown along with lots of other information.
