Urgent help !!

Evening all, big problem !!
The mrs's phone turned off earlier i tried charging it but it got stuck on a loop with the loading circle and vibrates every 30 secs, she told me that messages kept crashing and deleting anything she wrote. i attempted connecting it to itunes but nothing,i also tried doing a reset (home button and sleep button) but her home button is very tempermental (so tempermental i put the on screen home button on it for her. every 30-40mins the apple logo will pop up and disappear again.
oh and she has work in 5hrs and i want to go bed as i have a interview in 9hrs.


Any thing you can suggest will be brilliant,

Is this a jailbroken iPhone 4 by any chance? And does she recall what she did prior to this problem happening

no, not jailbroken, i was gonna do that over the weekend. she said it was fine until messages crashing

its stopped vibrating now but still has same screen with occasional movement of load circle

That normally comes with an incompatibility in the iPhone. The only method I can solidly advise on is to use safe mode, but that's only available on jailbroken or dev cracked iPhones
