Hi,

When I try to update my iPhone it's your account is not valid for use in the US stores.You must switch to the Canadian Store before purchasing ..how do I do that in my iPhone ?

You should be able to change it in iTunes Stores in iTunes. Click on the iTunes Store on the left-hand sidebar in iTunes, scroll all the way down to the bottom and click on the little flag on the bottom right. Change it accordingly.
