When you tap to install and then nothing happens you usually get pop-up saying why the installation cannot proceed, often because of the lack of adequate storage.

You also need an internet connection for the installation as there is an online verification of the downloaded update before installation can proceed.

Thank you. I have enough memory on my phone to install and the Internet works well
Just writes a message that the update couldn't be installed.

Delete the update and try downloading and installing it once more.

To remove the downloaded update, go to Settings - General - iPhone Storage, find the update in the listed apps, and select “Delete Update”.
