Unlocking 3g 4.1 problems

I jailbroke and tried the ultrasn0w but its not unlocking it ask the way am I doing anything wrong out its there something else I can try?

try to restore using itunes add 421 firmware

then jailbreak redsnow 6b5 add firmware 421

check cydia and ipadbaseband
