Unlocked and jailbroken iphone 4 has no signal

hai ,
I bought iphone 4 and unlocked it using jail break. I inserted vodafone sim into that iphone. It is showing its service name in setting but it is not catching signal it is showing no service. please help me.

what is the baseband and iOS on your iPhone 4?

upgrade to 5.1.1 and jailbreak it again. i don't see any use for an unlock if vodafone is officially supported by the iPhone.
