Unable to access itunes on my computer today, help please.

I would like to sync my iphone 3gs on my desktop but unable to access iTunes this morning - this has never happened before. Help would be appreciated.

Click on the Store tab on the top and Authorize This PC. When signing in, make sure that the Apple ID on the device matches the one you're signing in with.
