tweak to change status bar color and app icon labels

I'm looking for a tweak that changes the status bar color and can also change the app icon labels color as well, but separate color. I had a tweak that did this that was an all in one tweak but I restored my iPhone and I can not remember what it was called ... I have an iPhone 6 iOS 8.1.2
