Tvout2 flicker

Hi. I'm using a jailbroken Iphone 4s, Sygic navigation, and Tvout2. Everything seems to works well except the screen occasionally flickers. Is there a fix or know bug that is being worked on? Did some searching and didn't find too much on the issue. I am using an Apple video cable.

What are you connecting the device to?
What is Sygic Navigation?

I figured it out. It's the Sygic not playing nice with mirroring. Downloaded another navigation program and no flickering
