Trying To Connect my iphone5 to itunes

Hello,

I'm Trying to connect my iPhone 5 to iTunes but i get this message that pops up.What need to be done ?

The Service has to be started. Make sure that in task manager > services, you see Apple Mobile service is enabled or active. If its disabled, enable it
