Trouble syncing Safari bookmarks from iPhone to Internet Explorer via iTunes

Since I upgraded the IOS software, I haven't been able to sync bookmarks saved in Safari on the iPhone (4s) to bookmarks in Internet Explorer on my computer via iTunes. I've checked the sync settings in iTunes and they are correct. Any suggestions?

I never even thought about it. Don't know if you can do that, I thought it took Safari's bookmarks on the computer and synced them to the phone. Say you have done this in the past?

Yes, was able to sync both ways.

I had a duplicate bookmark show up on my computer. Didn't know how that happened but I'll bet I bookmarked it on the computer and the phone. When I did a sync it showed up on the PC a second time. It must be possible but I don't think you do anything special.
