Transfer everything from IPhone 4?

Is there a way for me to transfer all my pictures and contacts from my 4 to my 5?

Yeah when you connect your 4 in iTunes, right click on it and click "back up". Once it's done, disconnect it and plug in your 5 and right click on it an click "restore from backup". All your pictures and contacts and apps will get transferred. Hope this helps.
