Some is very easy. Use Share Contact on the contacts Info page.
All. Use same ID on phones with iCloud is one way.

If you want a soft copy of the contacts saved on your computer just in case, you can use apps like iExplorer or iFunBox for the PC/Mac, root to the directory where they're stored, and just back them up on your computer. I'd prefer that myself since I like to know that I have a backup of my insanely large contacts list somewhere.
