Go to Music, select Playlists, go to Top 25 Most Played scroll past the shuffle icon ad take a snapshot of the screen (home & Sleep button together) should manage to fit 8 tracks onto the screen

Nope u can pull the playlist from pc to iPhone.the minimum requirement is that u need to have at least one song in that playlist
