To delete or not to delete?

Hey guys i want to completely eradicate my phone of all files that have to do with the Stocks App...is it safe to delete all of the search results that iFile returns after searching Stocks?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Why not just get an app/ tweak that lets you hide Stocks? I believe Springtomize2 lets you do it.

Well I already deleted it and its no longer on my springboard but i noticed that deleting just the app does not remove
All of its contents.
