tinyumbrella is not work and not startup!!! please help me

i can not speak english.
i have problem with tinyumbrella.
i install java 8 update 151 32 and 64 on windows 7 64 bit.
and install tinyumbrella 8.2.0.60 and 9.3.4 64 bit.
but when start it
have an error on startup :

i past this files on that folder(c:/users/my user/.tu/.cash)

jgcommon.ja_
jglooks.ja_

but i have problem.
