There's No Videos Option On My iPhone 3GS Anymore

Hey everyone...
I'm able to add videos into iTunes, I converted them and everything.
Yet, they don't sync with my iPhone, and there's also no section for Videos.

Perhaps I'm missing something simple, I haven't tried to put a video on since I installed iOS5 (Which I shouldn't have, but for the most part everything is fine).
But where I assume the option would be, there's nothing. Like I can see "Artist", "Songs", "More" "Podcasts" etc.
But no "Video"

It's in iTunes, but then nothing.

There is a new application in your iPhone which is dedicated for videos. Look for the app labeled "Videos" in your phone screen, open it and there are your videos.

Oh, I do see the "Videos" app, thanks.
But, it only has video podcasts that I've downloaded freely.

I updated my software, added another file that I converted on my own to "Movies" in iTunes, SYNCED, and it never adds it.

Any other ideas?
