hey everyone here im new here my iphone 4s ios 6.1.3 showing sim failure and iam stuck at phone activation.. after updating ios 5.1.1 to 6.1.3 i am getting this message
There is no SIM card installed in the iPhone you are attempting to activate.

what should i do? can anyone here help me out.. i tried everything for exmple restore etc but not working and i tried many other sim compnies as well

I don't use a SIM card (CDMA phone) but is it possible to put it in upside down so it doesn't make contact with the pins inside?

You can put it only one way.

Eject the SIM and reboot the device. Plug it in after the reboot.
