Texting problem

My wife just accidently included me in a mms group for texts and I want to know how to remove myself from this group? Can someone please help me?/////////

I don't think you can remove yourself. She would have to start another group text and not include you this time and also everyone would have to stop responding to the original group message. I may be wrong. If I am, somebody with more knowledge will help you out.
