Most of us are still waiting for the Pangu Jailbreak team to possibly release and update supporting iOS 9.1. There's been no word from the team if that will actually happen, but team Pangu has been releasing frequent updates to the Jailbreak tool for older versions of iOS.

On Tuesday, team Pangu released version 1.2.0 of its Jailbreak tool. The new update features the latest version of Cydia Installer, version 1.1.26, along with a fix for a Manage Storage bug some have found troubles with.

Unfortunately the Pangu tool is still Windows only, so folks running OS X will need to use a virtual machine or a Windows computer to Jailbreak. Those already Jailbroken on iOS 9, 9.0.1, or 9.0.2 can open up Cydia and download the latest Pangu Untether package to install the aforementioned changes.
