Synching Questions

Perhaps the biggest question I had: I got it so I can sync from iTunes to iPod and iPhone wirelessly. Is it possible as well to do the following:

A. Sync from iPod/iPhone to iTunes (in other words, if I buy an app or take a picture on my iPhone, anyway I can sync wirelessly to iTunes)?

Say I take a picture on iPhone, and am outside. Can I sync it from my iPhone to my iPod/iTunes/and PC from my iPhone, or do I still need to go to my PC, log in to iTunes, and click sync (which will do it wirelessly but still require me to be at my PC)?

I don't know if music applies to that but you can enable photo stream which syncs photos from your camera roll to your idevices including pc.
I think for music you have to have a iTunes match subscription.
