Switch numbers on iPhone HELP

I just received my iphone 4 today in the mail for Verizon except I purchased it via upgrade on a different number. When I activated it, it was activated to that number but I want to use it on a different one on my account.

How do I go about doing this?

I had to go in to Verizon to make the switch. And they charge $10 PER phone to switch numbers.

I just got an email from AT&T, you can do it directly from your computer, for free, I do believe.

The employee shouldn't have charged you the $10 to switch numbers. They will do it for free. I suggest you go back to the store and talk to the manager about getting a refund. $10 is $10 IMO.

There might be a way to do it online for verizon too. You just have to google long enough and anything is possible lol
