STOP Siri Access on Pass code Lock screen

Hello Everyone,

I saw many people were talking about easy access of Siri from pass code locked screen,and you can make calls and send text from anybody's phone without pass code .

But I found that you can change setting and stop activating siri at pass code locked screen.
