still having problems with ios6 on S4

Passbook and APP store - can not connect....
Imassege can not send pictures on WIFI, works on 3G

I tried everything on earth..these problems persists. Anyone with creative new ideas????

Probably something you've already tried... have you restored to iOS 6.0 as a "New Device." Not from a backup....
