Hello everyone I'm new to iPhone and wanted to know how to get my calendar in my notification drop down bar without showing Facebook birthdays. I tried to go to calendars and uncheck the birthdays so they don't show on the calendar but they still appear in the status bar. Can anyone help

I reported that bug directly to Apple during iOS 5 beta testing in 2011. They were simply too stupid to figure out what I was describing to them. I finally gave up. Personally I don't think they want to take the time to fix the issue properly which is why I got the run around.

I know that doesn't help you solve your problem, but at least you know you aren't alone in the complaint.

Yes thank you I thought I was just being dumb to not figure it out since new to iPhone. It's very annoying to not get your calendar only Facebook birthdays
