Speaker Question

Love the 4S. It is faster than my 4 and the speakers seemed to be a lot louder too. I noticed yesterday that only one speaker was playing while listening to music. Has any one else noticed this? Is this normal?

Looking at the front of the 4S, the right one on mine has sound. I think the left one is a mic to pick up sound.
