I'm a longtime Windows user (XT era) but new to the Apple/iPhone world. I therefore have a critical need for the support Forum can give me. That is my problem because so much of the used terminology is from another world. I try searches on both words and navigation within Forum and get rejection. Examples are: DFU, cheesehead, green red and no colored dots alongside profile icons, horizontal and vertical arrows in threads, Forum searches?, and goes on and on. Yes, I've browsed the New Member Tips, Tricks and Guides I could find but to no avail. They were interesting and helpful but didn't go far enough. Maybe using the Forum itself except I wouldn't know which thread or forum to use. What I'm really looking for is a full-scale ipForum User Guide. Appreciate any thoughts or guidance you can spare.
