Sound profile management apps

I just switched from a Blackberry. I like the way BB allowed you to setup profiles for different situations, like church, school, work, sleep etc. Are there any apps which will allow me to setup apps with a widget that will allow this on my iphone?

there might be but just use the buttons on the side its easier you can turn it from loud to silent in a few presses of the button or just switch the button to completely silent and in the settings your able to turn vibrate off.. its not like the nokia or the blackberry with the profiles

Switching from all vibrate, all silent or all loud doesn't help me. I have situations where I need the phone to ring loud while at same time have all alerts, emails and texts silent

in the settings you can put no texts or turn alerts for emails off or the sound off but its a bit of hassle i know.

Or you can download this app MyProfiles - Customize Text, Email alerts on iPhone on a jailbroken device for profiles like you want.. it also costs money but maybe some one else will know of a free alternative.
