Sold iPhone without reset, pls help

I think I may be in trouble, I knew nothing about jail breaking so I sold my iPhone whiteout a reset, I only deleted my email account access from the email settings, I need to know if it's possible for the new owner to see the emails I received on the device if he jailbreaks it cause I now know there is a explorer that can access all of the files and I don't know for sure if deleting the account completely deletes the stored emails cause I see there's a bin. I am so concerned.

No concern. He will not be able to see your emails if you are sure that you delete yoir accounts, jailbreak is not meant to locate email files within the system. And also depending on what kind of version and baseband the phone is, if the buyer upgradeor use tools like snowbreeze, pwnage, to jailbreak, he have no chance to recover any of your personal data in the phone.
