Siri and Ford vehicles equiped with the Sync Nav/Satellite/Radio System

Was stuck in wonderful NYC traffic and since it was clearly apparent I wouldnt be going anywhere soon I thought I would try out Siri a bit.
I have a Mifi 2200 wifi device I had installed in my SUV and my SUV has the Ford Sync Nav/Satellite Radio package. Siri doesn't understand anything I say
when using the built in microphone the car has no matter how soft or loud I talk but disabling Sync and Siri worked just fine.
The people in the cars around me must have thought me to be a little nuts yelling in my SUV for no apparent reason, well thats what I think based on the looks I got but what the heck its New York. A lot of crazies there anyway figured I could have just fit right in LOL

Whenever I speak to Siri in my 2012 Kia Sorrento (with the phone bluetoothed to the car) the car starts to make a phone call. Haven't figured out how to use Siri while connected to car.

i have an aftermarket bluetooth radio that was cheap and siri works great with it.
