Simcard failure when updating ios5.1

I update my phone4 gevey unlock baseband 3.10.01 ios4.2.1 i update it into ios5.1 then my phone appears a error of carrier . What can i do sir? I dont know the real carrier of my phone because i buy this phone in online shop only a unit and charger and already unlock via gevey and jailbroken already.
