Settings Icon vanished from phone

Hi,

I cannot find the settings icon on any of the pages, is there anyway I can either find it or get it back if it has been deleted?

I hope resetting your home screen works, otherwise the only other option (as mentioned in the link) is a factory reset

Settings is a built in app and can't be deleted, it also can't be restricted.
If you can't find it, it might be hidden in a folder.
