selling my ATT iPhone4

So I am going back to Verizon since I have a family plan now. I opened an ATT account just to get the iPhone4 last year. I am going to bite the bullet and pay the early termination fee, pay my bill, etc.

But what do I need to do the iPhone4 I have now to sell it and recoup the costs? Do I just restore it and just jailbreak it again for the next person? I want to make sure my contacts, pics, music, etc. are all wiped out before putting it up for sale on Craigslist or Ebay.

Go to Settings>general>reset>erase all content and settings. It will go into recovery mode which you will have to restore from iTunes.

I am assuming this wipes out the jailbreak as well, correct?

yes when you restore the phone in itunes it will bring it back to the original (stock) state which means no more jailbreak, but you can always jailbreak it again after the restore.
