Screen resolution/icons are huge problem

I just got out of a movie and went to check my phone and the screen is absolutely huge, i have to scroll left and right just to find the edges of the unlock screen scroll bar. has anyone heard of this? i have attached pics i took of it. its funny yet annoying.

Three finger doubletap. You can turn it off in accessibility settings.
