Screen capture isssue

When I capture an image on my iphone 5 by pressing the on/off switch and home button at the same time, I notice that the resulting photo is missing some of the data at the top. Is there a way to correct this?

OK.I was wrong. The screen shot shows up correctly in my photo app. The loss of some of the top happens in the HP eprint app. When I try to print a crossword puzzel from a screen shot off the net using the HP app, the first line of my puzzle is gone. So that is an app problem.

In ipad, it's not so noticiable. But I guess I need to find another printer app for my iphone.
