SBSettings window won't activate

So I just got a new 4S and installed SBSettings but the dropdown window won't come down when I use the activator gesture I assigned it to. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling SBSettings, Activator and mobile substrate. I have also tried reassigning the SBSettings menu to several different activator gestures. The weird thing is that if I use the SBSettings widget in my notification center and hit the "Drop Win" button, the window opens just fine. I just can't get it to work with the activator gesture.

Also, all my other activator gestures work fine.

Any ideas?

Are there conflict ? That two think using same setting on status bar

Nope, I restored an XBackup I made from my old phone which had the exact same packages and sbsettings worked fine. Thanks for the idea though!
